Do you offer other printing methods?
At the moment, no. We specialize in modern calligraphy and letterpress printing and usually do not accept design/print jobs that require other methods. However, we LOVE to experiment so get in touch if you have something in mind.
I would love to see your studio. Are you open for visits?
Studio visits are strictly by appointment only. You may make an appointment here and select "Letterpress studio visit" under Nature of Enquiry.
Where are you based?
We are based in Brunei Darussalam on the island of Borneo in South East Asia (not in the Middle East). All orders are shipped from our studio in Brunei.

Little Red Calligraphy & Letterpress was established in March 2014. At the beginning, it was a way for me to document my calligraphy journey. Then in January 2015, I started to offer modern calligraphy workshops and the business side of Little Red took off. The rest is history...
Do you outsource letterpress printing?
No, we don't. All letterpress printing is done in-house. We are the first modern day calligraphy and letterpress studio in Brunei, where we house our antique printing presses. Read more of our printing presses here.

What payment methods do you accept?
For international clients, we accept Telegraphic Transfers (TT) with all related-costs borne by the client and BIBD Bank Transfers for locals. We are working with a local vendor to enable a payment solution to accept card payments on our Shopify store.

Can I pay you via PayPal?
Unfortunately not. PayPal in our region does not allow for us to accept money.
How can I order from you if I'm outside of Brunei?
We are working with a local vendor to enable card payments on our Shopify.

In the meantime, international orders are processed manually. Please get in touch to place an order.
Why can't I place an order on your website?
This may be due to your location. As we are based in Brunei, Shopify does not have any payment solutions for us hence potential clients outside of Brunei are not able to place an order.

Can I schedule a consultation to discuss before ordering?
Yes you can. You can schedule a consultation here.

Fee paid for consultations are non-refundable but is credited back to you when you order your semi-custom collection within two (2) months of your consultation.
How long does it take for you to complete my order?
Our production timeline is 1-2 months (+shipping). Please take note this timeline starts once digital mock-up and proofs are approved by the client.

  • Clients are expected to complete the Semi-Custom Collection questionnaire within two (02) days of placing an order.
  • Your digital mock-ups & proofs are sent within 5-7 working days after the receipt of the questionnaire responses.
  • Another 5-7 working days is buffered for any amendments required and final approval of the mock-ups & proofs.
Always allow additional days/weeks if your order includes embellishments.
When should I order my invitation?
As a general rule, the sooner the better. Wedding stationers are usually booked out early. 

At Little Red, we accept invitation orders for weddings that are at least 6 months away. This allows us enough time to obtain your approval and head into production and ship your order.

Depending on our production schedule, we may be able to accept rush orders, however it will incur a rush fee if your order is accepted. Please get in touch for availability.
What are the customisable elements of The Collection?

What do you mean "Semi-Custom"?
By Semi-Custom, we mean that there are some elements that can be customised. Whilst the design of the suite cannot be changed, you can customise it to suit your style or wedding motif with colour palette, typefaces or additional embellishments.
Semi-Custom collections are a great way to have a unique invitation suite without the investment needed from a fully customised suite.
Do you accept international orders and ship worldwide?
Yes, we do! Please get in touch to place an order. Payment will be made via Telegraphic Transfer.
Postage fees are collected after the mockups & proofs are approved.
The colour palette of my wedding is not included in the customisation selection. Does that mean I won't be able to order from you?
No, that doesn't mean you can't order from us.

We offer over 50 coloured stock and hopefully 1 of the 50 colours is what you're after. Please share with us your desired colour palette (to be sure) or schedule a consultation before placing an order.
There are so many options, I'm not sure what to do!
The best way is to schedule a consultation! Have a read at our Semi-Custom Ordering Guides and Terms & Conditions and list out all your questions for a fruitful consultation session.
I'm not sure your design style is what I'm after but it kind of looks like it.
No worries, it may be difficult to tell! Let's discuss. Send through your inspiration / moodboard / general feel of what you're going for via email or Instagram DM before placing an order.
How do you charge for "On-the-spot Calligraphy"?
By the hour. A minimum of 3-hours is required. If you have a long event, you can split this up into multiple time slots or throughout multiple days.
I can't find the service I require. Do you only offer services listed on your page?
If you can't find what you're looking for, feel free to ask me via email or Instagram DM. More than happy to help.
Do you require a deposit for commissions?
Yes, for custom pieces that aren't listed on the website. A 50% deposit is required to secure my services. The design process only starts after a deposit is received. Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferrable to another person or service.
What are your processing times?
For in-stock, ready to go items, we endeavour to dispatch your order within 1-2 business days.

Some products require a longer lead time and this will be displayed on the product page itself.
How are orders delivered/shipped?
Local Orders
We use local delivery partners to fulfill your order. Sometimes, when delivery partners are full or unavailable, one of our team members will make deliveries.

International Orders
All international orders are shipped via Courier with signature required on delivery. A tracking number or link will be provided once your order has shipped.
Do you offer local pick-up?
No, we don't. All orders are delivered to you via local delivery partners.
